REST API Enhancements
Our latest REST API enhancements focus on advancing continuous localization capabilities, transforming how project updates and changes are managed. By enabling XTM Cloud to automatically send callbacks to connected other systems, like XTRF, when source files or target languages are updated, we eliminate the need for constant system checks. This approach reduces complexity, enhancing scalability.
With this update, enterprises benefit from improved automation, as XTM Cloud now sends real-time callbacks to integrated systems instead of relying on frequent update requests. This streamlining of communication between systems boosts efficiency, minimizes delays, and supports more complex workflows with ease.
A new, redesigned REST API method to more easily get edit distance per project and language, now in beta, enables project managers to assess the quality of MT or GPT translations by measuring the extent of post-editing needed. Access detailed reports through the UI and API to gain valuable insights, helping you maintain high translation standards and enhance overall quality.
