XTRF 10.1: Simpler, Smarter Processes

XTRF 10.1 introduces features that simplify workflows, enhance transparency, and boost adaptability—without adding complexity.

The Home Portal now offers project managers improved control and visibility, thanks to three key features: file delivery tracking, bulk project group changes, and a more accurate “Added By” filter. These upgrades streamline operations and improve project insights.

Project managers can now track file deliveries to clients, ensuring nothing is missed. Key updates include:

• Full visibility of file deliveries in the Files card
• Delivery tracking in project history
• File delivery counters
• Automated warnings if a project closes without file delivery

These updates offer real-time status tracking, making project management smoother and client communication more transparent.

With this new feature, it is now possible to apply bulk edit across linked smart projects or quotes in the same Project Group. Supported changes include:

• Assigning/removing Project Responsible Persons
• Setting/removing Client Deadlines, Reference Numbers, and Notes
• Adjusting expected delivery dates and expiration dates for quotes

This reduces manual work and ensures consistency across projects.

The “Added By” filter has been fixed, now correctly attributing file uploads to the user responsible rather than the assigned PM. This improves accountability and transparency.

XTRF 10.1 further enhances the integration with XTM Cloud, improving automation and localization workflow flexibility. Key updates include:

• Continuous localization and source document updates during translation
• Manual downloads of target documents and CAT analysis
• Optimized performance of the XTM Cloud – XTRF integration

These updates provide project managers with more control, reduced maintenance costs, and greater efficiency in localization projects.
