Bookkeeper (Part-time job)

Job description:

  • Verification of purchase invoices and entering them into the accounts system
  • Preparation of payments
  • Validation of the data entered
  • Providing support to the Accounts Manager in daily accounting activities and closing procedures at the end of month/year
  • Managing and balancing Petty Cash
  • Scanning and archiving of documents

Possible additional tasks:

  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts to relevant books in the financial and accounting system.
  • Preparation of reports for local needs
  • Entering payments from customers into the accounting system

  • You speak English well (level B2/C1)
  • You already have experience in the accounting/financial department
  • You have a university degree
  • You know MS Office, especially Excel
  • You have the ability to work as a team, accuracy, sense of responsibility and ability to set priorities
  • You know QuickBooks online – nice to have
