Full stack developer (PHP + React)

We are looking for a Full-stack Developer with professional experience in code development using PHP and JavaScript/TypeScript (+ React).
Your training will start with the back-end part of the project, so that you can get familiar with it. Subsequently, you will be asked to refactor current front-end from AngularJS to React. Since we are planning on further developing this project using new technology, your future tasks will include development of both front- and back-end.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of new and further development of the already existing functionalities of the web application
• Participation in project planning and management, as well as assurance of meeting project deadlines
• Development of a clear, modular code in accordance with best practices and current programming standards
• Cooperation with the team in order to integrate XTM specific systems with CMS class systems
• Carrying out code reviews
• Preparation of project/technical documentation

You are the one we are looking for, if:

• You have at least 2 years experience in programming using PHP 7
• You have a professional experience in front-end development using React
• You are familiar with design patterns and PSR standards
• You are very familiar with object-oriented programming
• You are able to use relational databases (MySQL)
• You are able to develop a clear, high quality code
• You are able to work with GIT version-control system
• You are familiar with web application environments (SOAP API and REST API)
• Your English skills ensure fluent communication
• You enjoy meeting challenges created by demanding clients
• You would like to have a significant impact on technical solutions in the project

Additional desired, but not required, competences and skills are:

• Experience in development of unit tests (e.g. PHPUnit)
• Experience in CMS (Silverstripe)
• Familiarity with virtualisation software such as Docker
• Familiarity with WordPress, Drupal
