Helpdesk Manager

Our requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Heldpesk Manager or in a technical support role
  • Ability to delegate tasks and manage a team
  • Highly developed analytical skills and problem solving readiness
  • Practical knowledge of the IT industry
  • Administrative knowledge of Windows systems
  • Experience in Active Directory
  • Willingness to work stationary in Poznań
  • A very good knowledge of English (B2 level at least) – we work in an international environment

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a small Helpdesk team (up to 3 people)
  • Training and support of the team in daily tasks
  • Setting standards and creating procedures to improve the work of the team and identifying areas for improvement
  • Reporting on team progress and performance
  • Assigning tasks and ensuring their timely completion
  • Control of the onboarding process including shipment of hardware, granting access rights, installation and configuration of software
  • Analysis of the company’s hardware requirements, choice of supplier, purchase and creation of a hardware disposition plan
