HR Specialist

Job description:

  • Comprehensive conducting recruitment processes
  • Preparation of employee recommendations and reports for the needs of the department
  • Coordination of employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Designing and conducting appraisals
  • Responsibility for employee benefits
  • Personnel administration
  • Representing the company at job fairs and undertaking Employer Branding activities
  • Organization of integration events

Our requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Experience in soft HR and recruitments (knowledge of the IT sector would be an asset)
  • Very good English (spoken and written) – min. B2
  • Knowledge of employee training and development, employee appraisal systems
  • Highly-developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take the initiative, orientation on seeking the best solution
  • Flexible approach to performed tasks
  • The ability to organize your own time well
