Job description:

  • Managing support tickets
  • Analysing and solving problems with the application
  • Transfer of collected data for further technical analysis
  • Communication with current customers

Our expectations:

  • Advanced English in writing and speaking (obligatory)
  • Good knowledge of the Linux command line and SQl queries
  • Strong computer skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Excellent organization of working time, the ability to prioritize tasks
  • High interpersonal and communication skills
