Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing technical support for application
  • Cooperation with developers in fixing bugs
  • Creating, tracking and updating tickets in Redmine
  • Setting customised configurations on the servers

Requirements:

  • Very good Linux operating system skills
  • Very good SQL knowledge in PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle (console level)
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
  • Outstanding client management skills
  • Outstanding technical communication skills
  • Technical IT courses or certification within databases area will be an asset
