• Automated File Handling: Files placed in designated Google Drive subfolders are automatically detected and sent to the TMS for translation. After translation, the system automatically returns the translated files to Google Drive, placing them in subfolders with language codes appended for easy identification and original source file for verification.
• Customizable Folder Mapping: Users can use some existing folder structures in Google Drive based on their unique workflow needs and map these structures to XTM Cloud. The first folder acts as a trigger for sending content to XTM Cloud, the connector then creates a clean and organized directory of source and translated files as they move through the translation process.
• In-context Document Preview: With VisualMode support, translators in XTM Cloud can accurately see the translations alongside the original formatting, layout, and context of the content with the most supported file types, ensuring quality and consistency with the source file.
