Increased project volume: XTRF allowed Hunnect to process a higher number of projects with the same number of Project Managers (PMs).
Favorite XTRF features: Hunnect heavily utilized the Request feature for job assignments to freelancers, which facilitated communication and included CAT-count information.
Customizations and macros: Hunnect leveraged customization to connect XTRF to client systems via API, developed parsers for project creation, enhanced the Home view with virtual columns, and built a two-way integration with their invoicing system. Daily database backups were also automated.
