Create and manage users with ease
New users can be added by clicking on the Add user tab. Enter the first and last name of the user. Now choose the user role. Here, we will be adding a translator. You can also add an administrator, project manager, terminologist, TM Expert and linguist. If you choose the Linguist role, the box with the Workflow steps will activate. Select the steps for the Linguist, otherwise it will not be possible to assign them to these workflow stages.
Now enter the e-mail, log in credentials and user’s default currency And that’s it. Instead of the user having to download, install, and configure access to your project, they will automatically receive an e-mail with the log-in details for XTM Cloud website. They can log-in and access the shared platform immediately. Due to the nature of the different roles, not all of the users will have all the tabs visible in XTM Cloud. For example, a freelance translator working alone will not have any need for the Users tab. This is to simplify and streamline the XTM Cloud experience for each user.
