Prior to joining CSA Research, she spent more than 20 years in globalization management at HP, plus some time with LSPs and technology vendors, giving her an industry-wide view of all aspects related to global content and translation technology.

Bruno Herrmann has more than 25 years of experience in international product, content, and customer experience leadership within large organizations and startups, and in various industries such as technology, market research, business intelligence, and life sciences. Until July 2022, he was the Director of Localization Operations at IQVIA. From 2003 to 2018 Bruno had roles of increasing responsibility at Nielsen and HP.
