Sara Basile is Product Director at XTM International. After 10 years of experience in the localization industry at global enterprises, Sara joined XTM in 2020. In her role, Sara leads the product operations and owns the strategic product vision, ensuring XTM keeps delivering customer value through a successful roadmap. Konstantin is a market researcher, public speaker and industry influencer, with over a decade of expertise in the localization industry and machine translation. Since 2012, he has delivered annual reports and insights into European markets. With a background as a business journalist and strategist for a language technology firm, Konstantin now spearheads comprehensive global rankings of language services and technology providers.

Jourik Ciesielski holds a Master in Translation as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Specialized Translation from University of Leuven in Belgium. In 2013 he started as an intern at Yamagata Europe and then stayed with the company as full-time Localization QA Operator. His strong interest in language technology made him move to the position of Chief Technology Officer. In 2020 he founded his own company, C-Jay International, focusing on technology consulting, engineering, and market research.

Rafał Jaworski, Ph.D., works as Principal AI Engineer at XTM International. He is an academic lecturer and scientist specializing in natural language processing techniques. He develops robust AI algorithms for the needs of computer-assisted translation. These include, among others, automatic lookup of linguistic resources and automatic post-editing. At XTM International he leads a team of young and talented AI specialists who put his visions and ideas into practice.
