Véronique Özkaya is an internationalization expert and former CEO at Argos Multilingual and Xplanation. Earlier in her career Véronique held senior roles at Lionbridge and Moravia, where she worked with top brands in technology, life sciences and financial services. She has a double masters in political sciences and applied languages as well as a degree in marketing and public relations. Véronique is a former GALA board chair.

Bruno Herrmann has more than 25 years of experience in international product, content, and customer experience leadership within large organizations and startups, and in various industries such as technology, market research, business intelligence, and life sciences. Until July 2022, he was the Director of Localization Operations at IQVIA. From 2003 to 2018 Bruno had roles of increasing responsibility at Nielsen and HP.

Anne-Maj van der Meer is a marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in event organization and management. She has a BA in English Language and Culture from the University of Amsterdam and a specialization in Creative Writing from Harvard University. Before her position at TAUS, she was a teacher at primary schools in regular as well as special needs education.
Anne-Maj has also helped in the organization of more than 35 LocWorld conferences, where she took care of the program for the TAUS track and hosted and moderated these sessions.

Ian Evans is the CEO of XTM International.
