XTM International releases XTM Portal v12.2
London, March 11, 2020 – XTM International has released XTM Portal v12.2, the latest version of its interface for enterprise users to request and manage translations. The update delivers several enhancements to the user experience, efficiency, and control for authorized users to order and receive translations seamlessly.
Improved user experience
XTM Portal v12.2 saves user’s time organizing translation projects with an improved visual experience and a higher level of control.
Enterprise users can stay on track with better control over localization timeframes thanks to the ability to set deadlines for translation requests. The system will automatically calculate an estimated time of completion in the case when a deadline has not been set. Deadlines can be modified at any point during the project. All projects are easily managed from the project listing page with the addition of color-coded statuses for approaching deadlines as well as overdue translations.
Once a translation is completed, downloading files is now fully transparent with a newly added progress bar.
A new level of efficiency
XTM Portal v12.2 is a translation request ecosystem, where users now receive all notifications via email directly from XTM Portal. Thanks to v12.2’s tight integration with XTM Cloud, the workflow and communications are perfectly synchronized.
Take control of your instance of XTM Portal with efficient configuration tools. As each enterprise has unique requirements, v12.2 grants administrators the ability to set up their platform with a fully customizable homepage. If you want users to pay online for the translation by credit or debit card, then this is now easier to implement, as XTM Portal now supports a wide selection of the most commonly used payment gateways.
